all in all everything was good, had a such great stay for two nights. comforts of immaculately clean chalet with a double bed were fabulous. i got essential facilities, like an electric kettle, a refrigerator and a microwave oven. had marvellous and beautiful location clean in a beautifully arranged garden on a slope, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from carino.

Clean, well-equipped apartment with friendly owners. Comfortable bed and high-quality linen. Great view and eco-friendly toiletries. Private and accessible location with helpful suggestions and laundry facilities.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We liked the fact in was off the main street & quiet. Unit #2 was totally private in amoungst the trees. Very comfortable accomodation.

There are steep stairs to climb especially with your suitcases but well worth the effort & you soon get used to them.

If raining you will get wet getting to your room. No change of towels during 2 night stay, or advice there wouldn't be .

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-appointed bathrooms and great quality linen and towels. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast on the terrace overlooking the bay, making for a truly memorable experience. The friendly and helpful staff attend to any queries or requests promptly and with a smile.

Although the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, some guests may find the decor a bit dated.

The seperate bedroom was a bit on the small side and from the online info we had looked at, we'd envisaged the seperate bedroom as being one with a double bed at least - was surprised to see it only contained bunks.. we usually book a motel with a seperate bedroom and lounge so will be more careful next time.

Had restful stay for two nights and the weather was very good. The staff was welcoming and polite on arrival and throughout the stay. The location was marvellous and stunning, for example, Paihia Wharf was within easy walking distance of the hotel. I enjoyed spending time here.

The location was unbeatable, not too far from an outdoor adventure park.

Everything was very good, very good service, excellent location right by the town shops and arcades and the seashore, the ferry to Russell, and Close to the wharf to catch the ferry to Russell. Airy and bright room, excellent staff, free parking. Fine overall experience.

The treehouses were a unique and charming experience, nestled among the trees with picturesque views. The cabins were spotless, with high-quality linens and towels. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and the beach. The privacy provided by the individual cabins was appreciated.

While the cabins were cozy, the second bedroom in one cabin lacked proper soundproofing, which could be a concern for light sleepers. The water had an unusual taste, but bottled water was readily available.

Cozy, clean units in a quiet area. Good value--wish we could have stayed longer as we felt very comfortable & at home.

Our group of friends had a fantastic time at this motel! The location was amazing - within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and shops, making it so convenient to explore the town. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations on what to see and do. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from our private sitting area. Plus, the off-street parking was a real plus.

We did find the walk from the car park to the top cabins a bit challenging, especially for those who are less mobile.
